On 29 January 2021, Ben Mohamed moved to Turkish club Denizlispor, on a loan deal until the end of the season. On 31 July 2023, Ben Mohamed signed for Ligue 2 club Guingamp. On 2 October 2018, he was called up again and earned his first cap in a 2–1 victory over Niger.
