Mohammad Babar Azam (Urdu: محمد بابر اعظم; born 15 October 1994) is a Pakistani cricketer who captains the Pakistan national team in limited overs cricket and is a top-order batsman. Early life Babar Azam was born on 15 October 1994 in Lahore, Punjab to a Punjabi Muslim family. He used to serve as a ball boy at the Gaddafi Stadium before joining a cricket academy and starting his domestic cricket career there.
