Bio
Richard Verschoor (born 16 December 2000) is a Dutch racing driver. He is a former Red Bull Junior Team member, reigning SMP F4 and Spanish F4 champion, where he won both single-seater championships in his debut year and is currently competing in the FIA Formula 2 Championship. Verschoor started karting in 2011. He raced in several national karting series in the Netherlands from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Verschoor moved to the European series where he won the CIK-FIA Karting Academy Trophy. He remained victorious in 2015, when he won German Karting Championship. Also in 2015, he finished sixth and third in the World and European CIK-FIA KF Championship respectively.
