Jonathan Peter Williams (born 9 October 1993) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Wales national team and for League Two club Swindon Town. Williams started his career at Crystal Palace, and whilst there had loan spells at Nottingham Forest, Milton Keynes Dons, Ipswich Town and Sunderland. He signed for Charlton Athletic on a permanent deal in January 2019 before moving to Cardiff City two-years later in February 2021. He was part of the Welsh squad that reached the semi-final stages of the 2016 European Championships.
